This Increasing Adaptor is used to connect Ø 127mm (5 inch imperial size) Black Stove Pipe, Vitreous Enamel or 1mm Stainless Steel Single Wall Pipe to Ø 152mm TLPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney.The adaptors have a unique cover plate which allows the pipe to disappear into the adaptor, giving an aestheticly pleasing result.
APPLICATION
For use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances. eg: woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boiler and any solid fuel appliances.
CONSTRUCTION
Outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. Inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. Insulation is compressed rockwool giving a density of 230kgper cubic metre. The insulation is encapsulated within the twist-lock couplers. All parts are fully laser welded.
Distance to combustibles is 50mm.

INSTALLATION
V-Tech Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are secured together by twisting two pieces together until they lock, then secure using the provided locking band.
Make sure that you keep a distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material (wood, plaster board).
